Together - Trip Planner App
Overview
I highly desire this application because whenever our group goes on a trip, we encounter planning issues. After conducting research, I found that many others share the same problem. That led me to create Together, an app that facilitates collaborative trip planning. Unlike booking or ticket-purchasing apps, Together is solely dedicated to trip planning.
Discover
I started with the process of discovery because I really needed to understand users’ opinions in order to define the problem clearly. By getting to know their viewpoints, I could better pinpoint the exact issues that needed to be addressed.
Define
After completing both user research and market research, I was able to identify the pain points experienced by my users, as well as their specific needs. This double-sided investigation gave me a solid grasp of the difficulties they were encountering and the things they were looking for.
